Brand details / placement plan

Small details.
A clear identity.

Brand, size, care labels and hangtags need defined content and locations. Provide artwork and references so the dimensions, attachment method and effect on the garment can be reviewed.

Placement illustration—not a manufactured label or a market-compliance document.

Artwork / a practical handover

Define more than
the logo file.

Brand & size labelsArtwork, label dimensions, background and text colours, size wording, location and attachment.
Care & compositionConfirmed fibre information, care instructions, language and the content required for the destination market.
HangtagsPrint artwork, material and size direction, attachment point and any product identifiers.
PackagingFolding method, individual packing, size / colour marking and carton assortment.

Destination-market labelling requirements and any supporting documentation need to be reviewed for the actual product. Brand artwork alone does not establish compliance.

Folding and packing preparation

Presentation / before dispatch

The label is one part
of the handover.

Review folding, protective packing and identification together. Confirm whether items are packed individually or as a coordinated set, and provide a clear colour and size assortment.

A packing reference should show how the finished garment is presented and how the order is counted—not only the appearance of a bag or carton.

From OEM / ODM to your brand

From the garment brief
to your brand.

1. Develop the garment

Bring your design, reference or ODM direction. Review yarn, construction and fit, then identify the agreed sample and specification.

2. Confirm brand details

Approve the label artwork, wording, dimensions, placement and attachment, together with the proposed garment presentation and packing.

3. Agree the production handover

Keep style-colour quantities, sizes, approved references, labels and packing instructions aligned before the order moves to production.

Our typical minimum is 300 pieces per style per colour, usually across around four sizes. Requirements vary by style and are confirmed after reviewing the yarn, construction and size breakdown.
