OEM

Develop from your design

Share your design, measurements and reference details. We review the development requirements for sampling and production.

You provide
Design or tech pack, measurements, construction notes and reference images. Include quantities, a target price and the delivery date you are working towards.
We work on
Review yarn, knitting gauge, stitch structure, garment construction and missing specifications. Define the first sample and the points to check.
Confirm together
The development direction, sample scope and product requirements before sampling; the final sample and working specifications before bulk production.

Design support / OEM & ODM

Your market.
Your product direction.

An in-house team of around 20 designers supports womenswear, menswear and kidswear, developing hundreds of new styles each month.

We have experience adapting fit and proportions for European and Asian markets. Share your target customer, size chart and fit reference so the sample can be developed around your range.

OEM and ODM projects can include changes to the style, silhouette, colour and fit. We review the requested changes together and define the version to develop for your brand.

Sampling / working arrangements

A clear starting point
for the first sample.

For a standard style, the basic sample fee is USD50. This amount is deducted from the corresponding bulk order once that order is placed.

Standard samples are typically completed in about one week. International courier transit is additional and depends on the service and destination; confirm the schedule for your project before sampling.

Cooperation can be documented in a formal contract. Our business, finance and legal teams support the agreed commercial terms and order arrangements.

Yarn support, built into development.

Bring a market yarn reference, desired composition or special blend. Our own yarn company and stock support help review material options alongside your garment brief. Explore yarn matching โ†—

Sample review / preparation checklist

Feedback that leads
to a clear revision.

Use this checklist to organise your review. It is a preparation guide, not a client case or a completed inspection record.

Sample versionIdentify the style, sample date or version and the size being reviewed.
Fit & measurementsName the measurement point, current measurement and requested change. Attach a marked photograph or measurement sheet where available.
Yarn, colour & stitchRefer to the agreed swatch or colour reference and describe the difference you want to address.
Construction & finishMark the neckline, seams, fastening or edge detail to keep or revise.
Approval statusSeparate approved details from open revisions and confirm which version becomes the working reference.

Consolidate comments against one sample version, distinguish approved details from requested changes, and agree the next revision before proceeding.

Before we begin

Four useful buyer questions.

How is the typical minimum calculated?

Our typical minimum is 300 pieces per style per colour, usually across around four sizes. Requirements vary by style and are confirmed after reviewing the yarn, construction and size breakdown.

Can we start without a complete tech pack?

Yes. Share a sketch, reference images, a sample or an early collection direction. We will identify the measurements and construction details that still need to be agreed before sampling.

What is the standard sample fee and lead time?

For a standard style, the basic sample fee is USD50 and is deducted from the corresponding bulk order once placed. Standard samples are typically completed in about one week; international courier transit is separate. Confirm the scope and schedule for your project before sampling.

What do you need to assess a quotation?

Provide the design or reference, material direction, size breakdown and quantities per style and colour. Include your target price, delivery requirement and any label or packing needs. Open details can then be identified during review.

Bring the brief.
Define the next step.
