We review yarn, gauge, construction and quantities, then discuss feasibility, pricing and the next development steps with you.

Agree yarn & stitch
Choose the yarn, colours, knitting gauge and stitch structure together, so the sample starts with a clear material direction.

Make the first sample
We develop the first sample from the agreed brief, checking garment shape, construction and finishing as the design takes form.

Refine & approve
Review the fit, measurements and details. We work through your feedback before the final sample and working specifications are approved.

Knit & check
Production follows the approved sample and specifications. Materials, knit panels and finished garments are checked against the agreed requirements.
- 07
Label, pack & ship
After the final checks, we apply the agreed labels and hangtags, confirm packing details and prepare the order for shipment.
