Production / process overview

From knitted panels
to packed garments.

The approved yarn, construction and sample connect these stages. At each handover, the intended measurements, appearance and finishing details need to remain clear.

01 / Knitting

Build the fabric.
Keep the shape in mind.

The yarn and knitting programme are developed together with the required structure and garment shape. A stitch reference is reviewed in relation to the intended sampleโ€”not only as a surface pattern.

02 / Assembly

Join the panels.
Resolve the edges.

Necklines, armholes, side seams and closures all affect how a knitted garment sits. Review the joining method and finishing priorities against the approved sample.

Look at the details
before they add up.

Colour, knit appearance, dimensions and workmanship need agreed references. Identify the checks that matter for your product and discuss any testing or third-party inspection requirements.

Quality / define the reference

A quality plan starts
before bulk production.

Material & colourAgree yarn specifications, colour references and any required material documentation.
Dimensions & fitIdentify the approved sample version, measurement method, size chart and tolerances.
Appearance & workmanshipReview knit structure, seams, closures, rib edges and the details that must remain consistent.
Packing & releaseConfirm labels, assortment, packing instructions and the agreed final inspection arrangements.

Testing and third-party inspection scope are agreed for the project. Discuss the destination market and required reports before production; a photograph is not a substitute for an applicable test document.

Review the documents relevant to your project.

Planning / product-specific

Match the production plan
to your order.

Style complexity, yarn sourcing, colour and size assortment, approval timing and required delivery window determine the practical plan. Shipment volumes and machine counts are not a promise of reserved capacity for a new order.

Define your
quality requirements.

Share the product reference, inspection priorities and any required testing documents.
