Explore Buyer QuestionsMOQ & quantities
What is the usual minimum order quantity?
Our typical minimum is 300 pieces per style per colour, usually across around four sizes. Requirements vary by style and are confirmed after reviewing the yarn, construction and size breakdown.
Can I split the minimum across sizes?
A style / colour minimum can usually cover around four sizes. Share the size breakdown so we can review the distribution and style requirements. It is not a separate minimum of 300 pieces for every size.
What order sizes can you review?
We support OEM and ODM cooperation with orders of around 300–10,000 pieces. Quantities, styles and colours are reviewed for the specific project.
How do quantities work for matching sets?
Identify every component and give its colour / size quantities. State whether your request means individual garments or complete sets; agree the component and packing breakdown before quotation.
OEM & ODM
Can you work from my own design?
Yes. Share a tech pack, drawing, reference images or an existing sample. We review the development requirements and agree the product specification before sampling.
Can I start from one of your styles?
Yes. ODM cooperation can start from a selected style or a shared direction. Changes to style, colour and fit are reviewed for your collection, with the final version confirmed through the sample.
Does the online library show every available style?
No. Hundreds of new styles are developed each month; the online library shows selected references. Contact us for a current selection relevant to your product direction. References are not a statement of stock availability or exclusivity.
What if I do not have a complete tech pack?
Start with clear reference views, the product type, intended fit, quantity and target timing. Tell us what should remain or change so we can identify the missing development details.
Sampling
What is the basic sample fee?
For a standard style, the basic sample fee is USD50. This fee is credited against the corresponding bulk order once that order is placed. More complex development is reviewed separately.
How long does a sample take?
Standard-style samples are typically completed in about one week. International courier transit is additional and depends on the service and destination. Confirm the schedule for your specific style.
How should I send sample feedback?
Use the sample reference and version, list measurements with units, and separate approved details from requested changes. Consolidate comments into one revision list with supporting photos or marked views.
Does sample approval confirm the whole order?
No. The approved sample defines the agreed product reference. The order also needs confirmed specifications, quantities, assortment, brand / packing details and commercial arrangements.
Materials & quality
Can I choose the yarn, colour and knit structure?
Yes. Provide a physical reference, colour standard or design direction. Yarn specifications, knit behaviour, colour and any sourcing constraints are reviewed for the sample. Do not infer exact composition or gauge from a photograph.
How are quality requirements agreed?
Use the approved sample and specifications to define dimensions, tolerances, appearance, workmanship and packing checks. Any required testing or third-party inspection scope is arranged for the project.
Can you provide certification or test documentation?
Tell us the product, destination market and exact documentation required so the applicable scope and current documents can be reviewed. This page does not imply that every product has the same certification or tests.
Starting a project
What information helps you quote?
Design or selected references, yarn and construction direction, quantities per style / colour, size breakdown, target price and delivery requirements. Add brand and packing details if they affect the order.
How can I send reference files?
Use the reference-link field in the inquiry form or contact Johnny through WhatsApp. There is no direct file-upload function on this form.
Can cooperation be supported by a contract?
Yes. Our business, finance and legal support teams can support contract-based cooperation. The actual commercial terms and relevant documents are agreed for the project.
